The Magic of Golden Milk

This combination of natural ingredients is not only delicious but also really good for you. Here is how:


Its natural ingredients have shown to reduce inflammation and joint pain which can greatly improve the quality of life for arthritis and joint pain sufferers.


It can improve memory and brain function by improving blood flow and providing the brain with energy.


Studies have shown improvement in blood sugar levels, strengthening the immunity system and reducing period cramps.


As an added bonus, children love it. Add a little honey and voila! You have the perfect evening drink for winding down and cuddling up.



A Golden Milk Latte is the most popular way to have the Golden milk mix but, not the only one.


Option 1 - Golden Milk Oatmeal

A personal favourite! We all know that a healthy breakfast will give you slow releasing energy throughout the day and no cravings. Here is my recipe:


I cooked 1/2 cup of old fashion in oat milk, added 1/2 tsp of our đ™‚đ™€đ™Ąđ™™đ™šđ™Łđ™ˆđ™žđ™Ąđ™ đ™ˆđ™žđ™­, and let it cocked until the oats are soft and have absorbed most of the liquid, about 5 minutes. Remove from the heat. Put the oatmeal in a bowl, and add chopped Bananas 🍌 red apples 🍎 hemp seeds, shredded coconut and 3 small chunks of dark chocolate.




Option 2 - Golden Milk shake

Perfect as a pre or post work-out shake. Add 1 medium ripe banana, œ tsp of our Golden Milk Mix, 6-8 oz of plant-based milk and 1 cup of ice into a blender. Blend until smooth and enjoy!


Optional and kids friendly: add 1 tbls of peanut or almond butter.
