The story of Grunmila began back in 2014, when I was a student and a new mom trying to feed my son clean, nutritious, and tasty snacks. I was shocked to find that even the so-called “healthy” options on store shelves were full of added sugars, preservatives, and artificial ingredients. That’s when I knew: if I wanted better for Francesco, I had to make it myself.
What started as a homemade lentil snack soon became something bigger. Friends, family, and even other parents began asking for it. That journey led me to a deeper calling—today, I’m a certified holistic nutrinional coach helping families transform the way they eat through small, meaningful habits.
At Grunmila, we now create products designed for real families and real life. Our Golden Milk Mix (available in two delicious flavors) is made with picky eaters in mind—both kids and adults—and is crafted to support digestion, inflammation, and overall wellness. And our Eat the Rainbow board makes it fun and easy for the whole family to track their fruit and veggie intake, one colorful day at a time.
